Mix together 1 tbsp chocolate chips and two tsp coconut oil at a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until melted. In another bowlcombine coconut oil and peanut butter and heat until melted in the microwave. Arrange apple wedges onto a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour chocolate mixture followed with peanut butter mix. Top with chocolate chips, coconut and pecans oil.

Gluten-Free Choco Avocado Brownies

Everything you want:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup ginger powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Scoop the flesh out of this 2 tsp and put into a food processor. Add cocoa powder and the oil and mix until smooth. Add baking soda, brown rice flour and the eggs and keep processing until eggs are well-combined together with the mix. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased pan. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Dark Chocolate Chewy Cookies

  • Dried eggs, boiled
  • 2 cups coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Combine softened dates, water and sea salt in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground. Add baking powder, vanilla extract and powder and mix until smooth. Form mixture into balls and arrange on baking sheets. Bake at a pre-heated oven (350F) for 2 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool for many minutes in a rack.
